Welcome to riddhiperfumes.com, operated by Riddhi Enterprise ("Riddhi Perfumes", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity

3. Products, pricing, and availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice
  • Product images are indicative. Actual packaging, bottle design, or shade may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or batch changes by the manufacturer
  • Fragrance perception is subjective and varies with skin type, temperature, and climate. Longevity and sillage descriptions are guidance, not guarantees
  • We do not guarantee that any product will be in stock at the time you place an order

Pricing errors: In the rare event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after order confirmation.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order, including where:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
  • There is a pricing or listing error
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable area
  • Bulk or unusual order patterns suggest resale without authorisation

5. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

  • Prepaid orders are processed once payment is confirmed
  • COD may not be available on all pin codes, all products, or above a certain order value
  • COD orders may require phone or OTP confirmation before dispatch
  • A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, timelines, and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Note that aerosol deodorants, body sprays, and alcohol-based perfumes are classified as flammable goods. Delivery of these items may be restricted to certain pin codes and may not be available by air freight.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

8. Product use and safety

Perfumes, deodorants, and air fresheners are for external use only.

  • Do not spray near eyes, on broken or irritated skin, or on children under 3
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs
  • Keep away from heat, open flame, and direct sunlight
  • Do not puncture or incinerate aerosol containers, even when empty
  • Store below 50°C
  • Keep out of reach of children

We are not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity. If you have sensitive skin or a known fragrance allergy, patch-test before full use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including brand names (St. Louis, Black Berry, OSR International, OMSR, Sweet Heart), logos, product images, text, graphics, and site design — is the property of Riddhi Enterprise or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business.

We may remove content that is false, abusive, obscene, infringing, promotional, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

11. Wholesale and B2B

Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and credit terms are governed by a separate agreement and are available only to approved business accounts. Wholesale prices are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

Retail customers may not purchase for the purpose of unauthorised resale.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property
  • Transmit viruses, malicious code, or spam
  • Scrape, data-mine, or use automated systems to access the site
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the site
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit false or misleading information

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Riddhi Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from it.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riddhi Enterprise, its directors, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier network failures.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
